When I'm somewhat in a bad mood and need to blow off some steam, I'd usually play games with allows me a good amount of carnage.....and there's no better therapy than a mindless FPS. I sometimes play L4D/L4D2, but my usual 'punching bag' is UT3. I'd pick a SP Death Match game, usually in a restricted/small arena like 'Fearless' and frag away. The more kills I register, the better I feel.....
