Is my H100i GTX dying?

Hey, 

I am running a FX-8350 at stock 4.0 GHz and my GTX running full boar on both the annoying ass fans and the pump. My temperature at IDLE is 43.1 C and my socket is running at 56 C.... someone tell me wtf I'm doing wrong or if I need to invest in a new water cooler.

Has there been a spike in temperature recently? or has the temperature always been at that temp?

When I first rebuilt it (took it apart for a new case), the temps were about 35-40C at idle.Now its scaring me.
