New/Upgrade Rig

Hi guys, I'm currently running an 8320+760 2GB+16GB ram. My sister is getting into photography and her i3 notebook cant handle lightroom easly and needs an upgrade so I'm giving her this build and I'm getting new parts

I have a 22" fullHD TV that I use as a monitor, and 4TB on 2HDDs so storage and monitor are not needed
