this is making me mad

I can't access fucking download.microsoft.com and it's driving me crazy, I need to install https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35 ,I just re-installed windows( Windows 10 pro x64) and the thing causing problems may be spybot anti-beacon but after disabling everything and restarting nothing changed, even before I re-installed I had the same problem and it's making me fucking mad

i5 6500

rx 480

 

 

 

And no, it's not blocked in hosts file

directx is already implemented in windows 10, and most games that use older directx usually has an installer somewhere in their directories.. if you use steam, older directx will install automatically the first time you run some games..
