there seem to be no case that suits my needs so I am planing on making a custom case for scratch but i cant seem to find any type of printable layout for the motherboard mounting holes for my board. i have for them for many other boards but mine is a odd ball. it is a ASUS Z10PE D16-WS which is form factor EEB12x13

Easy way is to buy a pre-threaded SSI-EEB mobo tray from Caselabs for ~$27 after shipping and use that in your custom build.

 

Otherwise I think this is what you're looking for.
