USB 3.0 problems

hello people i need help im using a gigabyte GA-990XA-UD3 and when i try to use my

cavimanus headset on usb 3.0 i get alot of static feed back through my headset. its not all the time sometimes it will be just fine and then all the sudden get allot of static.
