What a fucking waste of time this case is. So they think they can pick on these children and get an easy guilty plea.

And also in today's news - The Juice is Loose. Hope his ego has been kicked down a bit. Everyone will still love him. Its amazing how the judge gave him a 33 year sentence, and the civil suit for the murders (2 or 1 I dunno) were $33,000,000. The judge should be barred. Countless laywers have stated the Vegas case was a 2 year bit soaking wet.

Sure its not moral, I whole heartedly agree with you there. They are very sick children.

So the DA wants to ruin their future with a criminal charge. Looks to me as though the DA is reaching too far, grabbing at anything and will fling anything to see if it sticks.

It's not illegal perse, but I don't think they should be let go like that, sometimes law and morality don't agree but it's clearly so wrong it can't be ignored.

The "Not calling it in" will be pissed on by any half decent defense lawyer. Especially if the defendants are minors. These charges may be a ploy by the DA to look good in their electorates eyes, so they can get re-elected. Thats honestly my best guess at them grasping at straws.

 

What the children need is a lesson in empathy and compassion.

I wouldn't know, probably, don't live there, you know your country's law better than me but afaik it's true that not calling it in isn't a legit charge or something. It's still sick and this is a clear marker these kids could be trouble later down the line. I have no idea why you're defending them though, probably nothing will come out of it anyway.

I don't even know why you're posting this to be honest, why do you care in particular about this case? You agree that it's sick and that they will probably end up in prison anyway, you also don't live in that state or even country.??

Its a very odd case that I found on MSN news. I know I know, Fake News where "journalists" have multiple spelling and gramatical errors in many of their filings.
