Hey guys. I have just downloaded and installed Quantum Break. Though when I go to play it I get an error saying an error occurred when trying to run. I have tried validating the game files though it still won't run.

It is saying 1 file is missing and needs to be re- downloaded or something like that. Does this mean I have to download the whole thing again?

Thanks

validation will download any missing or corrupted file, it could be 100kb, it could be 10gb.. if it still doesnt work, you might have to redownload it, worst case, get a refund

Have you tried to perform a sudden temporary interrupt of the electricity flow to your computational device followed by a re-initialization procedure of the central processing unit and associated components?

Ok thanks I might try to uninstall and download again. At the moment the update is just paused with no way of getting it to start downloading. Try that next.
