1070 OC Questions

I have a Gigabyte GTX 1070 - I play BF1 a lot and I struggle to get 60 fps, The CPU is a stock i5 6600k with 16gb 2400 ddr4 ram.

Im using OC Guru II to over clock but I dont know what I can head for? 
What should I head for (Gpu Clock, Mem Clock and Power Target) and what happens if I over do it?

Well ive gotten at least this with mine. Not sure what my best was, its been awhile
