Only pc audio plays through mic

Hello

I recently bought a turtle beach P11 headset and used it for a few weeks, when out of the blue it decided it would only play pc audio through the mic, and nothing else. Can anyone help me with this? I'm running a windows 7 64-bit if that helps. I also have stereo mix disabled.

try one of the following methods:

1. try to delete the software through device manager and then reinstall the software

2. (Not recommended only when you don't have any other option) try to format the whole system and then see whether it is working or not

3. if it still has a problem please generate a RMA

4. if out of warranty please get a new one
