Radeon Relive causing screen flickering?

Hi everyone, 

I was trying to record some gameplay with Raden Relive (the game was Planet Coaster, if you even need to know) and I noticed that the screen was flickering on and off occasionally.

This didn't happen when I had recorded with Radeon Relive previously on the same game, but now it does. The thing I found weird, though, was that the first time I would record in a session, it would flicker on and off very often, and sometimes it would even freeze, while the second time recording in a session it didn't flicker nearly as much, and no freezing occured.

What do you think the problem is here, and how can I fix it? BTW, my graphics card is an RX 460 2GB.
