Jesus Christ dude that's a big budget, that is like top of the line. Only way to spend that much is just doing stupid stuff that is a complete waste. But if you must I'll give you a build.

Why do you even need to spend that much?? What do you want to do with that rig?? Do you want to go to 4K/144Hz?

Wow that was fast! I’m looking to build a insane rig. All my friends have PC’s that are $500-$2000 and I want to be able to laugh in their faces.

-snip-

Rampage V is a much cooler board for that kind of money and you might wanna also look at 1080 Ti for Aura Sync as well.

Also you haven't asked what's the purpose of the build.

Would this be a build that works together and really is one of the best out there?

Do you need monitor?

Do you need keyboard and mouse and other stuff?

What are you doing with it? Playing games, editing videos? Streaming?

Yeah it really doesn't get much better, but you can tweak each of the components with just a different model of the same part like @deXxterlab97 said. Only way to get better is wait for the 18 core i9 and get Titan Xps which are a waste

If you have to wait a bit, you should buy a new Ryzen Threadripper, that will be launched in some weeks, for the same money, you'll do much better, if you plan streaming and editing videos as well

Sorry there are so many things to respond to, if all the parts are good quality and god tier that’s what I want. Reliable and fast.

This is what I would do instead

You don't need a 10 core CPU for just gaming and streaming, it's a waste of money

950 Evo is also a waste from the above build, games don't utilize NVME drive so a lower cost 850 SATA would be equally fast

Lastly I picked Asus VI hero for its cool AURA SYNC with the 2 1080Ti strix to light up together and a compatible Asus Aura sync RGB RAM as well

And the PSU is one the best out there, having a 10 year of warranty and a perfect score on Guru3d PSU review
