How to flash bios

I'm in need of flashing a bios on a motherboard (RS880PM-AM) because it doesn't support FX series yet because it's version P01-A2 and it also beeps once no matter what ram and it registers that it has 4, 8, or 12 gb of DDR3 1333mhz (pic will have 12gb installed) and the internal clock says it's March 25 2011 7:40 am if that helps at all (it was made in 2011) so do I need to flash the bios?

I downloaded the lastest BIOS for it P01-A4 and it's a Winrar.zip file

My Build: Xeon 2630L V, RX 560 2gb, 8gb ddr4 1866, EVGA 450BV 

My Laptop #1: i3-5020U, 8gb of DDR3, Intel HD 5500
