How do i open multiple tabs from a script?

I am using ubuntu, and my browser is firefox, i know it is a noobish question but I could not find any documentation for linux, but only windows. Also is there some way to automate it when i unlock my computer without opening duplicate tabs?

You can add Firefox to the applications that are started on boot, and in Firefox you can set your "homepage" to be several tabs.
