What is the best RGB fan?

I'm building my first PC and want to find the best RGB fan I can get. At the same time, I want it to be a really good fan as well. Most of the best fans are a solid color and don't fit my rig. Any advice we be appreciated. My case is the Corsair - 750D Airflow Edition and my PSU cooler is the CRYORIG - H7 49.0.

I'm his friend and fyi if you say dont get rgb for some reason, he prob wont listen lol

Either the corsair HD120 fans (good looking but only decent fan blades) or the Cooler Master RGB fans (lots if options in that line)

 

The inwin aurora are  coming out soon and look good

 

Finally, if you have the budget phanteks halos are an option,  get the best fan you can (noctua, vardar, gentle typhoon etc.)

They are coming soon and make any fan RGB
