Which motherboard should I buy?

Im looking for an overclocking motherboard (z77 or z75) for my i5 3570k and I found two deals: 

 

1.) GA-Z77P-D3 for $57.61

2.) Biostar TZ75B with some random processor (doesnt state which one) for $70.50

they are really shit and low cost boards. Only buy biostar if you get it around half of market value for a quality board.
