Best Form creator

So, the company i work are wanting to create an online form that customers can fill in and send back, 

 

The form needs to have cells locked so they can't be edited 

it could also do with little information boxes above certain cells that explain what we want to put into that cell 

 

Also it must be online or require no additional software to be installed to fill out.

 

Any reccomendations?

Google forms allows you to automatically compile into their online excel spreadsheets. What does the company need that google forms doesntbdo?

Typeform, hands down, is second to no other online form tool I've ever seen. They know how to create forms that humans actually want to fill out, and have designed their forms to be entirely fillable from only your keyboard, which works beautifully if you have a kiosk setup in a public space without a mouse available.

Google forms is my second recommendation, but they are rather limited in customization and specifying types of fields.

 

No other form or survey service has impressed me, and although I will still fill out SurveyMonkey forms, they leave a lot to be desired in terms of UX design.
