Hello I am new to pc gaming and the max amount of money I have is $450. I was wondering if I can get decent pc with that price. If you could take the time out of your day and see what are the best part for the pc I'll be very thankful. I'm looking to run gtav, arma 3, and csgo thanks for your time

For that budget, your best bet is going for the used market as for new components you need a higher budget for a decent experience. Do you have a monitor already? Which resolution?

I have a moniter and its resolution is 1080p and would $550 make a difference
