Hey, I have this problem for a long time but now it is driving me crazy. Always when I have connected webcam to a PC (doesn't matter which USB port) it takes so long just to pass motherboard logo and then even longer to load Windows so I have to always disconnect the webcam before starting up, then it is really fast ( I have SSD) Do you know where the problem might be +solution? I have tried to reinstall windows and update BIOS.

PC:

Intel Core i5 4690k

Asus GTX 770

Asus Maximus Vii hero

16 GB RAM

Webcam:

Logitech HD Pro webcam C920
