CMOS clears after powered off

Whenever I turn my PC off, my CMOS is cleared.

I've checked the battery, it's good.

I couldn't find of other causes.

MoBo is gigabyte ga ab 350 gaming 3

I just found that label. I don't know what it's for.

What about the clear CMOS jumper. Is it in the correct position. (check manual maybe?)

There's no jumper. Just pins.

You might have found your issue right there. Check your manual. (on my older mobo's, there always were 3 pins for clear CMOS, and the jumper was always connected. Change place, and it would restore/clear CMOS.)

There are 2 pins.

Even the best and biggest manufacturers can have a bad unit here and there.  I'm not saying all Gigabyte GA-AB350 GAMING 3 boards are bad, just that you might have got a bad board.  Either way, I'd talk to Gigabyte support to see if there's anything else they might know.

Checked it's voltage. It was 2.72v. I suppose it should be 3v.

I put a new one in there. Still same results.
