NETFLIX HELP

I'm going on a 14 hour trip Tomorrow, so I figured I'd download some Netflix shows. I could download them just fine, but I can't play the downloaded file and it just gives me a 102.2.6 error, which Netflix claims I can fix by changing some date and time setting (which is nowhere to be found in either the Netflix app or account settings online). When I try to watch a show I haven't downloaded I get a 5.2 error, which apparently is something related to rooted devices or something. I have a galaxy s6 sm-g920f which has never been rooted (to my knowledge :p) and has never been owned before, it was a brand new phone when I bought it. I've reinstalled the app countless times, restarted the phone and whatnot. My account works on my iPhone, Samsung smart tv (both a 6 series 40" and 8 series 55") and Apple tv.

I'm kinda desperate, help?
