Win 10 reboot/shut down problem

Hello users!

I'm currently having some trouble with Win 10 Home running on Acer V3-372. 

After booting it up, installing Chrome and some basic office software (Office by Microsoft and Adobe Reader) I got it stuck on. There is no response for shut down or restart when I click it. It's working smoothly without any trouble, but this problem is frustrating. 

Could you help me, forum readers? I'm almost sure updates caused it, but after using system recovery it's still the same
