Best looking gpu riser?

Hello, i've been searching a lot and im still not quiet sure, whats the best looking rise? it should be extremely flexible, and do a 90 degree from the pcie, then 90 degree to the side and up to an upside down mounted gpu on the top of the case.

Is there any sleeved riser? haven't seen those, the best i've seen is so far TT premium riser:

but hell its so overpriced, and not sure if thats what im looking for.
