Choosing between two headsets

Photoncreator

Hello!

My current headset has been running into some issues. The audio and mic jack have to have a paintbrush stuck between them so I can get sound out of both speakers inside my headphones. The microphone is also pretty low now so I think it's time for a replacement. I rely on surround or stereo sound for games like Rainbow Six Siege while needing a decent microphone for communication. I also consume my fair share of media. My two choices are

HyperX Cloud Stingerhttps://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01L2ZRYVE/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1

And the Razer Kraken Prohttp://www.bestbuy.com/site/razer-kraken-pro-esports-gaming-wired-stereo-headset-for-mac-windows-black/5202713.p?skuId=5202713

I've tried the Kraken USB which I'm pretty sure is almost the same thing as the Pro but I'm still torn. My budget is around $50 and I'm not an expert with headphones.

Any feedback is appreciated, thank you.

I would have to agree, looking over both headsets they are pretty similar, but you can never go wrong with Razer.
