GPU Fan help

I don't know if GPU Fan slowly spinning is GPU's fault or PSU's? 

So could it be GPU's fault? gpu is 6 years old it'll prob die soon

It usually reaches 105c when playing games and 80c when im idle, so im asking if fan spinning slowly if it could be GPUs fault, if lifespan is important gpu is old like 5 years.

Have you try cleaning your fans? Maybe too much dusts are stopping the fans from spinning.

I did everything that was possible including cleaning/

Most likely it will be your GPU at fault, if it is your PSU faulty , most likely your whole PC won't run properly.

It's probably the fan failing. Many graphics cards use fairly cheap fans that are prone to failing in that kind of timeframe given the stress and heat, especially with heavier use but even without that.

 

It could also be software related (though how that would happen without an intentionally bad fan curve is relatively hard to imagine). A gunked-up, physically impeded fan is another possibility generally but you say that's not the case.

 

It's almost certainly not the power supply unit of the computer. In theory it could possibly be the power circuitry on the graphics card itself or the control circuit for however the fan is hooked up (probably just direct voltage control). It's almost certainly not the GPU chip itself.

Last year my stock fan died i bought a new fan and it seems everytime i buy a new one fan it either dies or stops spinning fast.

You replaced the fan on the graphics card itself? With what? Which graphics card model? Picture/what does it look like? What fan are you using?

HD 6570 with deepcool v50 think it was not sure. Im planning to upgrade to gtx 1050 or rx 460 so if my gpu dies it wont matter.
