Smart Room?

I am looking at making my room a smart room. What are somethings you recommend for my room that aren't overpriced? (The best deal) Idealy, I would like the ability to power on/off my RGB strip under my desk, play music, dim lights, turn on/control pc, etc. I also have an android phone laying around that I would like to mount next to my light switch to use as a smart touch screen panel
