I would never trust an HP PSU to anything so if that gets pushed there is no way knowing what will happen  So please upgrade to something like a CX430 from Corsair...

Make sure that the card does not require a 6-pin PCIe connector, some 7750s (overclocked ones) do require a 6-pin, others do not (mostly single slot ones).
Your power supply doesn't have a 6-pin PCIE connector & I'm not entirely sure if a molex to 6-pin will work, I know several people who tried to run cards that require a single 6-pin on molex to 6-pin adapters and it didn't work.

I know that this 7750 does not require a 6-pin connector : http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/ATI-Radeon-HD-7750-2GB-DDR3-PCI-Express-3-0-DVI-VGA-HDMI-Video-Graphics-Card-/290887147166?pt=AU_Components&hash=item43ba399e9e

having a quick look around the net, it will run the GPU your looking at but if you are planing on OC it or your CPU is OC then you my run in to problems with power, you may have to get a new PSU about 400-500 range.

He cant oc his cpu. He also shouldnt oc his gpu. Now op, your psu should be fine as long as it doesnt have a 6 pin pcie power connector on the card.
