Keyboard Lighting Driver/Software for OS X/macOS

So, I'm using a keyboard that has RGB backlighting but it doesn't have drivers from Corsair on macOS/OS X. I was wondering if this actually works as an alternative for macOS Sierra. I do not want to damage my keyboard in any way shape or form and I figure since it's not an official driver from Corsair, it might do something negative.
