i tuned on my pc today and found nothing wrong then after about 2 hours the game ( call of duty 3) became like a slow mo. have tried updating my bois. in core temp it shows all 4 cpus running at 100% on task manager and HWiNFO64 it shows the core not going over 50%

the core is a AMD A6-6310 APU with AMD Radeon R4 Graphics

i have tried overclocking the cpu back up but only managed to get the fan to go to 100% despite the air coming out being cold

I highly suspect OS corruption (thank you microsoft!!!) That very situation happenned to me a LOT of times in the past. Basically, you go on as normal, then everything starts going down. Temps rise, performance goes down, software crashes often, sound turn into an 8-bit clusterf*ck ,it's just is a pain in the ass.The you start looking everywhere for some sort of virus, you run chkdsk, all sorts of maintenance commands or check for installation error and after hours you just find nothing. This is not because of some drivers or hardware going apeshit on you,its as simple as you OS saying : hey,you look happy right now! how about i make everything crash all the time now??? Really, just backup all data you need to backup, reinstall your OS (a basic refresh should do the trick for windows 7 to 10,if not, reinstall completely, hence the backup part)

But still : a CPU going at .97 GHZ!!! That's Insane!!!

Other than that, you rig is alright, specially since the components come from 2013-14,i don't see why they should break all of a sudden...

Really, just refresh windows 10 to begin with using the integrated UEFI,if it does not work use your installation CD to refresh, and if it keeps on saying you to go to hell, just reinstall completely.Again, don't forget to backup.

already tried that.. but i have never had random crashes i know my friend had a problem where the pc would give him the error driver stuck in thread randomly.

noticed something the cpu has no auto clock

and also doesn't  show how many cpu's there are

or what the auto clock is
