Need help about Powerbank

Hello,

I got an windows hibrid laptop (mostly used as tablet) and was thinking of buying an powerbank to extend it's battery life.

If i connector the tablet's usb cable (that connects to the power adapter) to the powerbank will I be able to charge my laptop normally?
