Mobo troubles

I know my old Phenom works and I got all of my stuff for my PC and no boot even with my old Phenom nothing visible is wrong with the new mobo I know the PSU, GPU work I just tested it and I have a RMA all ready to go with my Asus mobo and with my old Phenom I can go into the bios and everything only thing wrong with it is IMC is dead I've tested everything possible and nothing and I am really confused why it isn't working and fans go to 100% on the new mobo and CPU heats up as normal, and no signal what so ever with the Asus mobo and my specs are in my signature

A couple questions here, how many watts is your psu rated at and can you access your bios with the FX 6300?

Edit: Another question, is your ram currently oc above 1333?

Edit: Edit: Also, did you make sure you had the latest bios update before installing the FX 6300?

Haven't touched the bios and both of my ram sets are both rated at 1333mhz and my PSU is EVGA 450BV

No it's from a OEM pc that I was going to use but the IMC is dead on it and it works fine it can go into the bios and can't have more than 2gb (I only have 2x2 or 2x4 kits both rated at 1333mhz

Just to make sure, is the issue your having is that you cannot boot your OS?

I can't boot into both OS and bios

Not sure on what you could do then, my best bet would be to RMA it unless someone else can come up with a solution.

I got the RMA all set to go now all I need to do it find some packing to protect the mobo
