I know my old Phenom works and I got all of my stuff for my PC and no boot even with my old Phenom nothing visible is wrong with the new mobo I know the PSU, GPU work I just tested it and I have a RMA all ready to go with my Asus mobo and with my old Phenom I can go into the bios and everything only thing wrong with it is IMC is dead I've tested everything possible and nothing and I am really confused why it isn't working and fans go to 100% on the new mobo and CPU heats up as normal, and no signal what so ever with the Asus mobo and my specs are in my signature

You just broke a record. 2 punctuation for all that text.

Would you be able to restructure your post a bit better to help us get a sense of what is going on? I'm not trying to be insulting, but this was very difficult to read/understand at all.

Alright. If you can test your mobo with no ram (if you have a pc speaker hooked up) and it does not beep, then you're looking at a dead motherboard. If asus has an RMA # created for you though, they probably suspect that its dead. I'd just ship it out and get it replaced.

I have the RMA label on the box and mobo inside and its in the boxed sealed and I tested with no ram, no GPU, and I dont have a internal speaker and I've heard stories from people and they said stay away from Asus' customer service, and I have the RMA with Newegg.ca

I have RMA'ed with ASUS many times and have had 0 issues. Only had issues with their Video card RMA department. Motherboards I've replaced are usualy back within two weeks. Which is pretty good in my experience.

PS: Everyone has at least a negative opinion about every manufacturer. Ignore them and go with your experience and what you "know" is factual, not what people say.
