Radeon HD 7790 Crashing

My HIS Radeon HD 7790 iCooler Turbo has been crashing lately. It seems that GUIMiner, Photoshop (64-bit), GPU-Z and sometimes when i start my computer it crashes.

I have tried the latest beta drivers and some older drivers too

Personally, i think that OpenCL causes these crashes because those programs that i listed they all use OpenCL.

I would be grateful if someone would solve this problem

I HAVEN'T OVERCLOCKED

Also when i start playing games after the crash they lag A LOT!

Post a screen shot of the event viewer just after a crash.

I personally use 13.9 (It's stable for me)

 

I also have a 7790 in my pc, and i have it OC'ed to 1200 stable
