Input not working after boot

Go to solution Solved by Alimagination,

Thanks for your response. I've solved this issue by trying to install Win 10 instead of Win 7. Turns out Ryzen/Crosshair VI BIOS does not support older OS.

So I've bypassed my previous problem, where after a hardware upgrade, the pc won't post. Now, I've reset the cmos and checked all connections and the boot is successful. Again, I'm having issues, that the keyboard and mouse suddenly stops working while trying to install windows.

Following  are the upgrades I've done,

Asus crosshair vi hero

amd Ryzen 1700

corsair vengeance led 16 gb 3200 mhz

reddragon keyboard and mouse.

other hardware details can be found on my profile. Any suggestions?

Complete shot in the dark, but have you tried moving your mouse/keyboard to different USB ports? It could be something like drivers for USB 2.0/3.0/3.1 individually breaking somehow, and maybe just using 2 instead of 3 could fix it or something like that. Who knows, worth a try I guess.
