BenQ good for peripherals?

I was wondering if BenQ was a good place to get good peripherals. Right now I'm just looking to buy a new mouse, but in some time that will change, maybe to a new keyboard.

 

While you're here, can you guys make a list on good peripheral brands. Maybe even some brands to stay away from. Also can you help me decide. I'm thinking of getting a BenQ ZOWIE EC1-A E-Sports Ergonomic Optical Gaming Mouse, but I'm also thinking of getting the logitech g403. Except my bugdet is $60. Pushing it. THe g403 on amazon is refurbished and I feel like staying away from that. So right now my choice is the benQ because its similarity to razer deathadder

CPU - i7-4790k

GPU - MSI 980 Ti 

Mobo - MSI Z97 Gaming 5

Memory - 32 GB DDR3

Storage - 3.4 TB
