No gamess run

I am unable to play any games.
Whatever it may be.
I tried TF2 CSGO League of legends and Terraria.
Whenever I launch a game I see the process running for less then a second in the task manager (But no game pops up or anything rule appears) and its gone.
I've deleted all my drivers using ccleaner cleaned registery reinstalled all drivers reinstalled steam and then reinstalled my drivers. All the above were deleted using ccleaner.
Config:
GTX 950
Intel Pentium G3258
8gb of ram
Windows 10 64 bit
All of this games worked.
But one day I woke up. And nothing works.
I can still play online games and browse the web fine.

I even tried reinstalling windows while keeping files.
My anti virus is bitdefender. I also have malwarebytes.
