Hello Guys. I own an R7 250 v2 from AMD.
It has 2GB of GDDR5 memory.
I use it mainly for CS:GO. However recently while I'm playing the graphics cards memory clock falls from the usual 4500 while playing CS:GO to 596 Mhz. This is even lower than the base memory clock of 600 Mhz.
This results in an FPS drop from 200 to about 50 which falls further as I hop into a match.
The issue is fixed by restarting the computer. Can anyone advise me what to do to permanently stop this from happening?
I have tried both the OC mode and the regular gaming mode in my GPU Tweak II from ASUS. The issue still persists.
Any help is appreciated.
