Decided to build a brand new pc focused on video encoding and light gaming. Might do some light modding.

 

Specs

 

1700x

Asrock X370 Gaming 

850 G3 

Fractal Design R5

H110i

NZXT Hue+

 

Notes

 

Custom cables from Cable Mod coming Wednesday 

Installed CPU  Cooler(Waiting for AM4 Bracket) 

Installed Hue+ with 4 Led Strips 

Window side panel coming from Germany next month. 

Sound Dampening Foam

Do not catch cable management as whatever (see the quote in my signature)

I plan on using the G1000 (Shits, giggles, and a fan that doesn't turn on). I've also been considering using that mobo, though Threadripper has really caught my eye.

I just need something for now :P I was thinking of the G3 1000 but I didn't need it for 2 1080ti in the future

I'm keeping an eye on Vega. RN it doesn't look terribly promising, but who knows. I have a (crappy) laptop I'm running off of rn, so I can live.

Microcenter was out and they had a 50$ off when you bundle mobo + cpu :P
