So noticing LTT group advertising synergy, I found it quite useful but went a bit further to come up with the idea of using Py code and a Raspberry Pi to change a 1x3 monitor setup.

This then had me thinking what else could I control so I've started listing ideas of ways to control electronic devices to create an adaptive home automation system.

SOOO.....!

Anyone got any ideas as what would be cool to control?

ATM I have multimedia, security, Temperature, relay power control, and lighting... etc.

 

Typically I've already designed physical hardware

     These being:

          1. Wall Mounted Touch Monitor 'w' <Camera> <Mic> <Speaker> < RFID>

          2. Physical ETH Switches and Modules I.e. Power Switch, Fan Switch (That integrate with network)

          3. Sub Relay ETH Box ("Electrician standards")

 

Any ideas I would be more than happy to listen to.
