So thanks to Ubisofts quality account security I had to enable 2 step authentication awhile back due to my account being hacked.

But recently I got a new phone and no longer have the 2 step from google, so now I can't log in to play with my friends. I don't know the recovery codes either.

What can I do? I can't contact support right now.

Man if only there was such thing called Steam where I DIDN'T HAVE TO USE UPLAY. Thanks goobisoft.

What do you mean?

I have my account info, and I go to log in and it wants 2 step.

I have it, however it requires a barcode scan or code specific to the uplay account.

it should say in the app a series of numbers and thats it

Well I finally contacted support and at least they were helpful in getting it fixed.
