GTA V Sync Saves Between Computers

So I am about 70% my way through GTA V and I have a new computer I want to play on. Whenever I close the came the launcher says the files are being synced to the cloud so does that mean when I log on on my new computer the save files will be taken from the cloud and I can continue as normal on the computer computer? Thanks in advance

If your using steam, they transfer save files, correct. You will be able to play your game on the new PC. Out of curiosity what were your new and old computer specs?

Power Supply: SeaSonic - 520W 80+ Bronze Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply

 

Not too much different but switched out the CPU and Graphics card and reinstalling Windows.
