Today, i had been happily playing the forest with friends, when a few had to get off. I had to start cleaning for my new desk, so i decided to move some things around, and start cleaning. When i was done, i put everythinf back, re-hooked up my computer, and though everything seemed to turn on properly, i still got no signal. So far, i have tried:

-Unplugging and holding down the power button for 30-60 sec

- Taking out my graphics card and trying to use integrated graphics

-Cleared the CMOS

-Moved RAM slots and took out different sticks

-Unplugged and re-plugged all power connectors

-Hooked it up to a different monitor and with a new cable

Still, whenever i turn it on, everything moves, all fans run, my AIO pump goes on, the harddrive spins, but still, no output. From what ive read, this all points to a short on the mobo, but i hadnt really thought a light bump could cause it. I wanted to get other confirmations before having to buy a new one. Does anyone else have other ways I could test this, or do you think its all dead?
