Wifi extension

Hi

I want to extend the wifi in my house to the building next to it (30-50m)

It will be used for streaming YouTube/Spotify so latency is no problem

Im thinking about mounting a AP on the outside of the house and a reciever on the outside of the oter building, both AP and reciever will be under roof so they dont have to be water "proof"

Any tips?
