I've had about seven of them. If you're looking a good, inexpensive NVMe, I'd go with the Intel 600p. If you want something a little more expensive, I'd go with the 960 EVO.

MX300 or SU800 if you're looking for SATA. 960 EVO or WD Black if you're looking for NVMe.

The green ones will clash with almost anything but the long-forgotten green PCB's of old (and I guess the ones that are current as well). Black PCB's tend to match any aesthetic while blue PCB's tend to clash with white or red boards.
