When waking the PC up from sleep, the CPU and case fans will fully rev up and the computer will not begin startup until I force it to shutdown/start back up. I have double checked my RAM seating, cable connections and sleep settings to no avail. Any help is appreciated!

the mobo or the OS not seeing or using WATCHDOG correctly

a lot people think this is a security app or virus buts nothing more than a timer

now this timer has different uses depending on

if system on

sleep

or

hibernating

so send bug report to your mobo manufacturer and they should be able to remedy

tell them the PIC watchdog is not working they should understand
