This device cannot start. (Code 10 )

What can i do?

Try uninstalling and updating the drivers through device manager.

Go into your BIOS and make sure that the network adapter is enabled. I've had it happen before where it just turns itself off.

Network adapter is enabled. no luck still sadly

Did you try updating the drivers with Intel's driver update utility? Sometimes the windows one can be a little wonky. Also another thing to check (yes I know it sounds stupid) the computer isn't on airplane mode or anything right?
