id save a couple of bucks and get an 8320. unless the diffrence is less than $20.
580 is still a beast card and i think ur cpu is being  the bottleneck

Should I get a new gtx 580 for sli with my other one or upgrade my amd 4100 to 8350

any bundles u know of that contain both the gtx 580 and 8350

depending on the use. If you want to render video, graphics. If you want to play FPS, graphics. If you want to play simcity, CPU.
