Should I get a new gtx 580 for sli with my other one or upgrade my amd 4100 to 8350

any bundles u know of that contain both the gtx 580 and 8350

8350. 580 is still a relatively good card.

id save a couple of bucks and get an 8320. unless the diffrence is less than $20.
580 is still a beast card and i think ur cpu is being  the bottleneck
