Strange software/not working software features

So my games drive was running low and I wanted to free up some space. While browsing through my installed programs list, I encountered AMD's dual core optimizer software. I don't remember ever downloading/installing this, and I don't have a dual-core, let alone an AMD CPU. Any ideas as to how it got there? Edit: dual core optimizer was installed on 6/11/17, so it reinforces my "where did this come from?" question.

 

I'd also like to mention that Rise of The Tomb Raider doesn't run in DX12, and DOOM doesn't run in Vulkan.

My antivirus does daily rootkit scans and weekly full system scans. The weekly scan finished last night, so I'd know.

I don't believe so, as no other software in control panel has that date. Vaguely remember a Windows update around that time, but thats about all I can give. Edit, did another once over of Control Panel, a Steam game did update on that day, and CUE had an update then as well.

I'd just uninstall it, and then freak out if it comes back. It ports came with some game or something.
