Taskbar flickering... StartIsBack

Hello, guys

 

can someone tell how can i unistall StartIsBack from a command linne because made my taskbar flicker i cant run other thing that:

Task manager

CMD

and Run

 

or just end the process that i cant see. i'm getting angry haha

Press windows key
type 'control'

press enter

uninstall startisback

 

assuming the reason you can't uninstall stuff the normal way is because you can't get control panel or something

oh hot damn. I can't find a process that looks like the right thing in task manager either. Did google not turn up anything?

nope. i tried windows in safe mode, debugging mode and its the same
