Will i have any issues with the RAM if it's not in the Qualified Vendors List for the Motherboard? Not a lot of memory is actually on there, and the one that is is more expensive or i don't have access to it ;/
Also Ryzen supports 3200, r-right guys?

There has been updates for ram compatibility. I don't know for sure if that kit will run at 3200MHz but if it was me I would still go ahead and buy it as it will get sorted eventually (If not already), As for the QVL list it is impossible for them to list every single compatible kit as there are just too many.
